The mission of Cornerstone Life Coaching is to guide young men to live with clarity, discipline, and Christ-centered purpose. Through structured guidance, intentional accountability, and practical tools for everyday life, Cornerstone Life Coaching equips young men to pursue purpose, integrity, responsibility, and spiritual maturity. ​
Structure
Cornerstone Life Coaching uses the SALT Framework to help high school and college-age young men grow in identity, discipline, and Christ-centered direction. SALT is simple to remember and deep enough to shape the way a young man thinks, lives, and makes decisions.

Young men today are pulled in every direction trying to figure out who they are.
Identity starts with what God says is true-not culture, performance, or comparison. We help young men:
· Understand their identity in Christ
· Replace insecurity with biblical confidence
· Make decisions from a stable, rooted sense of self
Anchored

Life for young men is full of pressure, distraction, and noise. Being anchored keeps them from drifting.
We train young men to be anchored in Christ so they can stay steady when things around them feel unstable. We help young men:
· Develop consistency and follow-through
· Stand firm under pressure and temptation
· Build a foundation that doesn’t move with every emotion or circumstance

Good intentions without structure rarely lead to change. Young men need systems, not just motivation.
We work with young men to build simple, repeatable systems that support wise living. We help young men:
· Manage time, school, and responsibilities
· Build daily and weekly routines that work
· Create habits that reinforce who they want to become
